I took a look at serval p...Thanks for dropping by.<br /><br />I took a look at serval property developers/landlords and at the moment tend to prefer those offering a reasonable dividend yield and which have the cash flow from recurring operations to sustain current dividend yields through a rising interest rate cycle. Discount to NAV is also relevant. If and when I buy any, I will post.<br /><br />For most people (including me) low cost index funds are probably a better idea than trying tp pick individual stocks. Less work, more diversification and lower risks.
